Emily Crispin
With over 20 years' experience in mental health and commercial roles, Emily is a purpose driven mental health and wellbeing expert, trainer and facilitator. Emily has partnered with a wide range of organisations and understands the pressures organisations face. ​​​​​With a proven ability to engage multiple stakeholders, Emily delivers a highly commercial end-to-end service. She has led effective, data based workplace wellbeing initiatives and supported the implementation of mental health strategies taking a whole organisation approach. Emily sees having Bipolar as her superpower and is committed to sharing her lived experience to help overcome the stigma of poor mental health. She is the founder of Honest Minds who improve workplace mental health through impactful training and consultancy.

Ann Camargo
Ann brings over two decades of experience in the Financial Services industry, having held senior roles at some of the world’s leading investment banks. Her personal journey with workplace stress, anxiety, and panic attacks experienced during pregnancy sparked a deep commitment to mental health awareness and support. Today, she works as a workplace mental health and wellbeing consultant, delivering MHFA courses, leading workshops, and speaking on the importance of mental health in professional environments. She also offers mentorship and coaching to individuals across the corporate and finance sectors, helping them navigate career challenges with clarity and confidence. Ann’s approach is rooted in the belief that mental, physical, and financial wellbeing are deeply interconnected.

Jessie Laute
Jessie is one of the UK’s leading and longest standing breath coaches and the Chair of Transformational Breath® Foundation UK. Jesse has nearly a decade of experience harnessing the transformative power of breathwork as an effective wellbeing and mental health tool. She has guided countless clients through deep and lasting transformations, inspired by the profound shifts she has experienced in her own life. With an international presence, Jessie is passionate about sharing her knowledge to help others manage stress and anxiety, cultivate better health, and unlock their full potential. Her goal is to empower people to not only survive but truly thrive, both personally and professionally.

Bronwyn Rich
Bronwyn is a trauma-informed practitioner and accredited Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) instructor, delivering a full suite of MHFA courses, including Adult and Youth Mental Health First Aid, as well as Mental Health Skills for Managers. She is a certified instructor in Suicide First Aid through the National Centre for Suicide Prevention Training and holds an ASIST accreditation. Bronwyn is also a qualified hypnotherapist, Tai Chi and yoga teacher, sound healer and has a specialism in safeguarding and child protection. Bronwyn brings both strategic leadership and heartfelt presence to all she does.
